Facing the World: Speaking Up for China's Hong Kong and Telling the True Story of China

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the International Philanthropic Legal Services Association (IPLSA) for appointing me as one of its permanent representatives to the United Nations NGO Consultative Organization. This role grants me a precious opportunity to voice the truth and share the real development stories of China and Hong Kong with the world.

This solo journey serves as a pioneering exploration for our representative team. My first stop was the United Nations Headquarters in Geneva to obtain my representative credentials and familiarize myself with future workflows. Although this marks our team's first physical presence at the UN Headquarters, IPLSA has already completed a vast amount of social research and reports over the past year, consistently presenting our perspectives to the UN Human Rights Council. We are dedicated to:

• Presenting the Truth: Helping friends from around the world gain a more authentic understanding of China and Hong Kong.
• Addressing Media Blind Spots: Offering our professional insights on domestic human rights deficiencies in Western countries—issues that have long been neglected by Western mainstream media.

"Building a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind" is the Chinese nation's commitment and responsibility to the world. Therefore, we have chosen this new platform to "go global and face the world." China's development story provides the world with a valuable alternative and reference. At the same time, through this UN platform, we will continue our Hong Kong spirit of being outspoken, proactive, and accountable, revealing the truths that Western media choose to ignore or dare not speak.

As a UN consultative NGO, IPLSA is not a closed group. Instead, it serves as a vehicle for public opinion, carrying the high expectations and genuine voices of all sectors in Hong Kong on this journey. Your opinions and ideas are the vital nutrients for the messages we deliver.

We look forward to your support, blessings, and valuable feedback. It is my personal honor to represent your voices on the global stage, and it serves as the ultimate driving force for our IPLSA representative team. Today, we mark this milestone. To advance a community with a shared future for mankind, you and I are taking this first public step together!
