On May 25,Junius Ho Kwan-Yiu, a member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and a legislator from Hong Kong, led a delegation from the Hong Kong International Public Legal Service Association to the Xinjiang Justice Department for discussions on public legal services and foreign-related rule of law work.
During the meeting, Nai Bijiang Yibulaimu, the Director of the Xinjiang Justice Department, introduced the overall situation of public legal services and foreign-related legal services in Xinjiang.
Member Ho Koon Yau shared the experiences and practices of the Hong Kong International Public Legal Service Association in foreign-related legal services and international rule of law exchanges and cooperation. He expressed a desire to deepen cooperation in areas such as diversified resolution of cross-border disputes, training of foreign-related legal professionals, and rule of law exchanges, promoting collaborative development of the legal service industries in both regions.
